Share a file with a single-use link Drop to upload

Drag a file here, or

Up to 500 MB. The link works once, then the file is deleted. Unused links expire after 24 h.

Prefer the command line? Use curl or wget

Upload straight from a terminal and get a single-use download link back:

curl -T ./report.pdf https://snapfile.me/

The link is printed on the first line, ready to paste or pipe, and your remaining quota on the second. The same quota, size limit and expiry apply as for uploads from this page. More examples.

How Snapfile works

  1. Upload a file. No account, no email address, nothing to install. Files up to 500 MB.
  2. Share the link. You get one link to a download page. Send it by chat, email or phone; a password manager like CredShare works well for the sensitive ones.
  3. Downloaded once, then gone. The file is deleted from the server within seconds of being downloaded, or after 24 hours if nobody fetches it.

Private by design
